This project consisted of the conversion of the an existing office building over 3 floors into 6 residential units.
The scheme required the existing trussed pitched roof to be replaced with a traditional cut roof at a higher level thus facilitating an extra storey. The main fabric of the building was upgraded to accomodate present building regulations and the interior layout was to provide full use on each floor of the available space to create bright and high quality living areas.
The works were carried out in two phases over a 13 month period and the project was delivered on time and on budget.
