This luxury development of 2 town houses and a penthouse apartment in North London constructed over 4 storeys on a slim raft and piled foundations the building occupies almost 100% site coverage.
The main structure is masonry and brick work with a precast concrete floor plate at second floor level with the top storey constructed in structural steel.
The restricted site conditions and proximity to adjoining buildings demanded a closely coordinated system for accepting the delivery and installation of the larger components for the project.
